September is Bourbon Heritage Month and we’re ready to celebrate bourbon’s influence on some of our favorite craft spirits. Since this is not your run-of-the-mill Bourbon dinner, we’re featuring a selection of spirits created with Bourbon in mind, like Founders KY Breakfast Stout, cave-aged in oak bourbon barrels, along with “The Mitten” from Virtu Cider and Watershed Gin. For our final course, we’ll give you a little taste of the real thing with some Angel’s Envy. Each spirit in this four course dinner will be paired with dishes created by executive chef Richard Sible, including a Coffee Braised Pork Belly main course and a Chocolate Mousse with bourbon cherries to top it all off. Event will take place on THURS 09.17.15 at 6:30pm. $45/per person.
