Looking for a flavorful pick-me-up? Try Garage Bar’s Bulgur Salad; a nutritious whole grain tossed with watercress and our house-made citrus vinaigrette. To complement the nutty flavors of the bulgur we char carrots with local honey from Hartford, Kentucky and lay the salad on top of a Greek yogurt that we load up with freshly cracked black pepper. Veggie lovers will also enjoy our Oven Roasted Beets, slowly roasted in our wood burning oven and tossed with parsley, shallots, and a touch of red wine vinegar. A dollop of Kenny’s Cheese fromage blanc out of Austin, Kentucky, adds welcome decadence to this earthy dish. For those in search of something with a little more meat on its crust, we’ve got you covered. Our Sausage Pie is carefully crafted with a pesto pantesco base (a light, bright tomato pesto that contains garlic, shallots, capers, and mint) and Tutto Calabrian chilies for a spicy kick. Fior de latte mozzarella is layered on with our savory sausage, made with Woodland Farms bison from Goshen, Kentucky that’s been gently cooked and spiced in-house.
